I could tell he wasn't in a good mood but don't take your frustration out on me. and he told me I had to do it online and that my dad just hung up on him and he can't talk to someone who isn't on the phone and basically trying to argue with me. So I drove to dominos and the guy was still working the one that my dad had spoken to and I mentioned to him how my dad was on the phone with him and he didn't once mention this deal. Not only a size bigger but also a lot cheaper. I was there for the entire convo and googled dominos coupons and there was a deal for a large pizza with three toppings for 7.99. So my dad told the guy on the phone it's fine and said bye and then hung up. for one medium pizza ? Dominos is known for its non expensive prices and quality pizza. My dad had called to ask how much a medium three topping pizza would be and the guy was like 22 something. We've been living in Fremont for quite some time and have always been going to this particular dominos and never had an issue until today. I will never go back there again btw there pizza isn't all that anyway. it clearly gave me confirmation number and a recipe for my transaction they are just full of lies and they still did nothing for me and wasted my gas and time. Yet if it was that they should have called or my credit card would have called me. I went back and talked to the manager she said it wasn't there fault too. Never going there again and will spread the news that they are horrible at customer service. Not even offer me anything for there problem. And he say all we can do is make the pizza again and I have to wait. So I have a house full of kids and no food. So I call anther Domino's and they say they can't help me. Then he claims he try call manager but he no answer. Clearly on the order says 1/2/20 and at 1130 AM. I ordered my 3 pizzas like we always do on line went to the pick them up and the guy who says he can't give out his name or manager name say o the order has been cancelled we thought it was for 1130 pm.
